What you’ll do

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for commercial, operations and leadership teams.
Transform raw spreadsheet and system data into reliable reporting models and reusable datasets.
Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting logic and decision-ready views.
Use Excel, Power Query and SQL to clean, reconcile and validate business data.
Explain trends, risks and opportunities clearly to non-technical teams.
Document reporting processes and improve recurring analysis workflows.

What we’re looking for

Core requirements
  • Strong practical Excel skills, including formulas, pivots, data cleaning and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience building Power BI reports and interactive dashboards.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational data concepts.
  • Ability to translate a business question into measurable analysis and visual reporting.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with attention to data accuracy.
Nice to have
  • Experience with Power Query, DAX or data modelling.
  • A portfolio showing dashboards, analysis projects or reporting systems.
  • Exposure to sales, finance, operations or customer analytics.
  • Verified ADE project evidence or an equivalent demonstrable portfolio.
